Adstudio gives you two dashboard surfaces: the Workspace Home — an AI-summarized overview of everything happening across your ad accounts — and Custom Dashboards, where you build your own boards from KPIs, charts, and tables across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Workspace Home

The home dashboard is the first thing you see in a workspace. It pulls data from every connected ad platform and condenses it into a single view:
  • AI Summary — a short, plain-language readout of how your accounts are doing for the selected period, generated automatically.
  • KPI cards — Spend, ROAS, Revenue, and Purchases, each with a sparkline and a comparison against the previous period of equal length.
  • Campaign performance — your top campaigns, each classified as healthy, watch, or needs attention.
  • Signals — automatically surfaced observations (critical, warning, positive, or insight) about notable changes in your accounts.
  • Recommended actions — suggested next steps based on what the data shows.
  • Tasks & Notes widgets — your open tasks and recently edited notes, so the day’s work is one click away.
Change the date range from the picker at the top — every section, including the AI summary and comparisons, recalculates for the window you choose.

Custom Dashboards

Open Dashboards in the sidebar to build your own board. Each workspace has a named, renameable dashboard that starts with a sensible default set of widgets — cross-platform spend, ROAS, and conversion value scorecards plus daily trend charts — which you can edit freely.

Widget types

Building a widget

1

Pick a platform

Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads — or All Platforms for unified cross-platform metrics.
2

Pick a visualization

Choose one of the widget types above.
3

Drop fields into place

A Looker-Studio-style builder: choose dimensions (campaign, ad group/ad set, ad, campaign type, objective…) and metrics (spend, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, video and engagement metrics, and more) for each axis.
4

Set size and title

Widgets span from one column to full width and are automatically grouped into Key Metrics, Charts, and Tables sections.

Cross-platform view

With All Platforms selected, Adstudio fetches each platform in parallel and merges the results into unified metrics — Spend, Purchase Conversion Value, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, and ROAS — so you can compare Google, Meta, and TikTok side by side or see blended totals in one chart.

Filters and comparison

  • Date range — presets from Today to Maximum (your account’s full history), plus custom ranges. All widgets follow the global range.
  • Platform pills — toggle platforms in and out of the whole board with one click.
  • Automatic comparison — scorecards, line charts, delta tables, and movers automatically fetch the previous equal-length period and show the change.

Sharing a dashboard

Click Share to generate a link anyone can open — no Adstudio account required.
  • Public link or password-protected (viewers must enter the password).
  • Expiry — 24 hours, 7 days, or no expiry.
  • Viewers see your dashboard layout with live data — the numbers are always current when they open the link.

Where the AI fits in

  • The AI Summary, Signals, and Recommended actions on Workspace Home are generated for you on every visit — you get an analyst’s read of the data before you look at a single chart.
  • For anything a dashboard doesn’t answer, ask the AI assistant: it can run deep campaign analyses, break down performance by any dimension, and build custom reports on request — “Create a report of daily spend by platform for the last 30 days.”
