This guide walks you through creating your Adstudio account, setting up your workspace, and exploring your unified dashboard.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • An active Google Ads account (optional but recommended)
  • An active Meta Ads account (optional but recommended)
  • Admin access to the ad accounts you want to connect
You can start with just one platform and add others later. Adstudio works with any combination of supported integrations.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1

Visit Adstudio

Go to useadstudio.com and click Sign Up.
2

Choose Your Sign-Up Method

You can sign up with:
  • Email and password - Enter your email and create a secure password
  • Google account - Click “Continue with Google” for faster setup
3

Verify Your Email

If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a verification link. Click it to activate your account.
Using “Continue with Google” is the fastest way to get started, especially if you plan to connect Google Ads.

Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace

After creating your account, you’ll be guided through the workspace setup process.
1

Provide details about the brand or business you want to manage ad accounts for.

Troubleshooting

Having issues getting started?
Make sure you’re signing in with the Google account that has admin access to your Google Ads account. If you’re using an MCC (Manager Account), ensure you have access to the specific sub-accounts you want to connect.
Verify that your Facebook account has advertiser or admin access to the Meta Ads account. You may need to accept updated permissions in Meta Business Suite.
Initial sync can take up to 10 minutes for accounts with extensive history. If data still doesn’t appear after 15 minutes, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
Check that you selected all the ad accounts you want to sync during the connection process. You can add more accounts in Settings → Integrations.
