Notes are Adstudio’s workspace documents: a block-based editor for campaign briefs, media plans, meeting notes, and research, living right next to your ad data. The AI assistant can read your notes for context and write analyses into them — with your approval.

The editor

Type / anywhere to insert a block:
  • Text — paragraphs, headings (H1–H3), quotes, dividers, callouts (info, warning, success, neutral).
  • Lists — bullet, numbered, checklist, and collapsible toggle lists.
  • Media — images and videos (uploaded and hosted for you), bookmarks, and embeds of any URL.
  • Files — upload PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents directly into the note, with inline preview and download.
  • Layout — 2, 3, or 4 column layouts.
  • Link to Note — connect notes to each other with inline note links.
Select any text for the formatting toolbar: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, inline code, links, text and highlight colors, and alignment. Mention a teammate anywhere with @. Everything saves automatically as you type — a “Saved” badge confirms it.

Organization

  • Folders — file notes into preset folders like Planning, Campaigns, Creative, Content, Marketing, Research, and Client Briefs, each with its own icon and color.
  • Favorites — star the notes you return to; they’re pinned above the list.
  • Tabs & sorting — All Notes, Recent (last 14 days), Favorites, and Created by me, with grid or list view and search over titles.
  • Duplicate, rename, move, and delete from each note’s menu.

Collaboration

Comments anchored to text

Select a passage and click Comment to start a thread anchored to that exact text. Threads live in a gutter beside the note (or a panel on smaller screens), hover-linked to their highlight. Reply, resolve, and reopen threads; mention teammates with @ in a comment and they get an email linking straight to that thread.

Sharing outside the workspace

Click Share to publish a read-only copy at a link:
  • Public or password-protected.
  • Expiry — 24 hours, 7 days, or no expiry.
  • The link captures the note as it is at share time — a clean snapshot for clients or stakeholders. Workspace members who open the link are taken to the live note instead.

The AI works in your notes

The assistant treats Notes as a first-class surface — it can use them as context and as an output destination:

Read for context

“Read my Q3 media plan note and check whether current spend is on track.” The assistant lists and reads notes on demand.

Save analyses

“Save this analysis as a note in the Campaigns folder.” Findings, tables, and recommendations become a structured document.

Append updates

“Append this week’s numbers to the performance log note.” The assistant adds to the end without touching what’s there.

Rewrite

“Rewrite the brief note with the new targeting decisions.” Replaces the body — the previous version is kept server-side.
The assistant writes real note structure — headings, lists, checklists, and tables — not a wall of text.
Every note the AI creates or edits goes through a confirmation card first: you see a preview and nothing is written until you approve. Reads need no confirmation.
