Tasks is Adstudio’s built-in work management for marketing teams. Every workspace gets a shared board where campaign work lives next to the ad data it’s about — and the AI assistant can list, create, and update tasks straight from the chat.

The board

Open Tasks in the sidebar. Two views, one click apart:
  • Board — a kanban with four columns: Todo, In Progress, Review, Done. Drag cards between and within columns.
  • List — the same tasks grouped by status, sortable by due date, priority, or manual order.
Each task gets a per-workspace number (like #14) so it’s easy to reference in conversation.

What a task holds

Linked objects are what makes this a marketing board rather than a generic one: link a task to the exact campaign or ad it’s about, and the card links straight to that entity.

Finding work

The toolbar gives you search over titles and descriptions plus multi-select filters for assignee, status, priority, and labels. The activity timeline on every task records creation, assignments, status changes, checklist updates, and comments automatically.

Notifications

When you’re assigned to a task, you get an in-app notification (the bell in the top bar) and an email with a link straight to the task. The bell shows your unread count; new assignments also surface as a toast.

Managing tasks with the AI

The assistant is a full participant on the board. It knows your workspace members by name and works with tasks conversationally:

List and query

“What’s on the board?” · “Show my overdue tasks” · “What is Ege working on?”

Create from analysis

“Turn these findings into tasks” · “Add a task to review the Search campaign budget, assign it to Mert, due Friday.”

Update

“Move #14 to Review” · “Bump the landing page task to high priority” · “Add ‘check UTM tags’ to its checklist.”

Assign by name

No IDs, no lookups — say who, and the assistant resolves the right teammate. If a name is ambiguous, it asks.
A natural flow: run a campaign analysis in the chat, then say “add the top three recommendations to the board as tasks.” The assistant drafts them — title, description, priority, assignee, due date, checklist, even a link back to the campaign — and shows a proposal card.

You stay in control

Task creation and updates follow the same confirmation flow as every AI action:
1

The assistant proposes

A card lists each draft task with all its properties. Nothing is written yet.
2

You pick and confirm

Untick any drafts you don’t want, then confirm. Only then do tasks land on the board.
The assistant can create and update tasks but never deletes them — deleting stays a human-only action on the board.
