How It Works
Authorize - Click Connect and sign in with your platform accountSelect Account - Choose which account to connect from your available accountsGrace Period - You have 3 days to confirm your selectionStart Using - Your data syncs automatically every 45 minutes
One Account Per Platform Per Workspace Each workspace can connect one account per platform. Once the 3-day grace period ends, your account selection is locked. To connect a different account, you’ll need to create a new workspace.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations in Adstudio to connect your accounts.

Requirements
Google account with Admin or Standard access to your Google Ads account
Steps
Click Connect
Find Google Ads in the integrations list and click Connect .
Sign in to Google
A popup opens for Google authentication. Select the Google account that has access to your Google Ads account.
Grant Permissions
Review and approve the permissions Adstudio needs:
View and manage your Google Ads accounts
Access account performance data
Select Your Account
Choose which Google Ads account to connect. If you have multiple accounts (MCC structure), select the specific account you want to use. Remember: You can only connect one Google Ads account per workspace. Choose carefully - this selection locks after 3 days.
Done
Your Google Ads data will begin syncing immediately. Initial sync may take a few minutes for large accounts.
Requirements
Facebook account linked to your Meta Business account
Advertiser or Admin role on the ad account
Steps
Click Connect
Find Meta Ads in the integrations list and click Connect .
Log into Facebook
A popup opens for Facebook authentication. Log in with the Facebook account that has access to your Meta Ads.
Grant Permissions
Authorize these permissions:
ads_management : Create and manage adsads_read : View campaign performancebusiness_management : Access Business Manager
Select Your Account
Choose which ad account to connect from your Business Manager. Remember: You can only connect one Meta Ads account per workspace. Choose carefully - this selection locks after 3 days.
Done
Your Meta Ads data will begin syncing immediately.
Requirements
TikTok for Business account with advertiser access
Steps
Click Connect
Find TikTok Ads in the integrations list and click Connect .
Log into TikTok
A popup opens for TikTok authentication. Log in with your TikTok for Business account.
Grant Permissions
Authorize Adstudio to access your TikTok Ads data.
Select Your Account
Choose which TikTok ad account to connect. Remember: You can only connect one TikTok Ads account per workspace. Choose carefully - this selection locks after 3 days.
Done
Your TikTok Ads data will begin syncing.
Requirements
Google account with Editor or Administrator access to your GA4 property
Steps
Click Connect
Find Google Analytics 4 in the integrations list and click Connect .
Sign in to Google
Authenticate with your Google account that has GA4 access.
Grant Permissions
Authorize Adstudio to view your Google Analytics data.
Select Your Property
Choose which GA4 property to connect. Remember: You can only connect one GA4 property per workspace. Choose carefully - this selection locks after 3 days.
Done
Your analytics data will begin syncing.
Adstudio only supports Google Analytics 4 . Universal Analytics is not supported.
Requirements
Google account with Owner or Full user access to your Search Console property
Your website must be verified in Search Console
Steps
Click Connect
Find Search Console in the integrations list and click Connect .
Sign in to Google
Authenticate with your Google account that has Search Console access.
Select Your Property
Choose which verified property (website) to connect. Remember: You can only connect one Search Console property per workspace. Choose carefully - this selection locks after 3 days.
Done
Your SEO data will begin syncing.
Search Console data updates daily (not every 45 minutes) because Google only refreshes this data once per day.
About the Grace Period When you select an account, you have a 3-day grace period to make sure it’s the right one.
During this period:
Your data syncs normally
You can disconnect and choose a different account if needed
You don’t need to take any action if you’re happy with your selection
After the grace period:
Your account selection is locked to this workspace
To connect a different account, create a new workspace
Why this limitation? The one-account-per-workspace model keeps your data clean and organized. Each workspace represents a distinct business or project with its own set of connected accounts.
Troubleshooting
Connection popup doesn't open
Verify you have the required access level for the platform
Ask an admin to grant you appropriate permissions
Account not appearing in selection
You only see accounts you have direct access to
Check your permissions in the platform’s native interface
Sync stuck or taking too long
Large accounts may take 10-15 minutes for initial sync
If stuck for over 30 minutes, try disconnecting and reconnecting
